Bảo Lộc is one of the oldest and most respected Robusta-growing regions in Lâm Đồng province, Vietnam, sitting at 600–1000 meters above sea level. Its cool, highland climate, iron-rich red basalt soil, and abundant rainfall create ideal conditions for Robusta trees to thrive — producing dense, full-bodied beans that define classic Vietnamese highland Robusta.
Our Robusta Natural is grown as 100% pure Robusta in Bảo Lộc and harvested only when cherries are fully ripe and red. It’s then processed using the Natural (dry) method: whole cherries are sun-dried until the outer skin hardens before the beans are hulled. This traditional technique lets the fruit’s natural sugars slowly migrate into the bean during drying, producing the long, sweet finish that washed coffees simply can’t replicate.
In the cup, Bảo Lộc Robusta Natural delivers a bold, full-bodied brew with notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and a gentle spiced warmth typical of quality Robusta. The finish is long and sweet with low acidity — excellent for traditional Vietnamese phin brewing or as an espresso base with a thick, rich crema.
This is the everyday cup for mornings that need real energy without harshness. Brew it phin-style over ice, or pair it with condensed milk for a classic Vietnamese cà phê sữa đá — both styles let the bean’s natural sweetness shine.
