Shipping Policy

1. How we ship

Once an order is confirmed, the coffee is roasted to order, rested and packed at the roastery, then handed to GHN — our standard nationwide service — for delivery to the address you provided.

We'll call to confirm your order during opening hours (7:00–22:30) before it ships.

2. Delivery time

HCMC inner districts: you'll receive your order within 24 hours of dispatch.

All other provinces and cities: delivery takes from 24 to 120 hours.

Please add 24 hours if your order is placed between 18:00 on Saturday and 12:00 noon on Sunday.

• If your order hasn't arrived within the committed window, please let our customer care team know and we'll sort it out.

3. Shipping fees

Shipping fees follow GHN's published rate card, based on the destination region and order weight, and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Any free-shipping promotions (when available) are applied automatically via coupon at checkout.

4. Receiving & checking your order

Please check the quantity and condition of your order as soon as it arrives — with cash on delivery (COD) you're welcome to inspect the goods before paying.

Any issues caused during transit should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
