Payment Policy

Epic Coffee Roaster offers three payment methods: cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer via SePay, and paying in person at the café.

1. Cash on delivery (COD) — nationwide

Place your order and provide complete details to Epic Coffee Roaster. Once the order is confirmed, we deliver to your door and you pay the courier directly, signing to confirm payment.

2. Bank transfer — SePay

At checkout, choose bank transfer and scan the QR code with any banking app to pay right away. Your order is placed automatically the moment the transfer is confirmed.

You can also transfer manually using the account details shown at checkout, using the exact transfer message provided so your order can be matched automatically.

3. Buy in person at the café

You can pay directly at Epic Coffee Roaster, 49 Ngô Thời Nhiệm, District 3, HCMC (open 7:00–22:30 every day).

4. General notes

  • Bank-transfer orders are confirmed during opening hours (7:00–22:30).
  • Please use the exact transfer message provided so the system can match your payment automatically.
  • For any payment questions, reach us via Zalo, Facebook or Instagram, or drop by the café.
