Lâm Đồng is Vietnam’s coffee heartland, known for highland plateaus above 1000 meters — a rare condition that lets high-quality Arabica thrive in a country best known for Robusta. Big day-night temperature swings at altitude slow cherry ripening, letting sugars and acids build up in balance and setting the stage for a bright, layered cup.
Our Arabica is 100% pure Arabica, processed using the Washed method: cherries are pulped and fermented in water before drying, fully removing the fruit’s outer flesh. This lets the bean and terroir’s true character come through clearly, unmasked by the sweetness a Natural or Honey process would add.
Lâm Đồng Arabica offers a pleasant bright acidity with notes of caramel, citrus, and roasted nuts, finishing clean and complex — a very different profile from the bold, bitter stereotype of Vietnamese coffee. It’s an ideal pick for anyone curious about a more refined side of Vietnamese Arabica.
This bright, layered profile shines best with a lighter phin brew than usual, or a pour-over to preserve its aromatic complexity — best enjoyed hot in the morning, when the flavor shifts are easiest to notice as it cools.
