From Colombia's Cauca region at 1,800–2,000m, Jelly Lychee combines 50% Gesha with Castillo and is fully washed. The cup is sweet and fruit-forward: ripe lychee, peach jelly and a lift of bergamot over lemon peel, closing on clean white florals.
