The story behind this coffee

Việt Nam Blend 8-2 combines 80% Natural-process Robusta from Bảo Lộc (600–1,000 m) with 20% Washed Arabica from Lâm Đồng (above 1,000 m). It brings together two Vietnamese coffees from different growing regions and processed in different ways.

Tasting notes: Component-coffee references: Natural Robusta is described with chocolate, brown sugar, cocoa, and spice; Washed Arabica with baked, caramel, citrus, and nutty notes. These notes describe the component coffees; the blend’s cup profile may vary by roast batch and brewing method.

Best brewed as: Phin, espresso, and pour-over.

Packaging: One-way valve zip bag; available in 250 g and 1 kg sizes.

About the roastery

Epic Coffee Roaster has roasted coffee in Saigon since 2014, using drum roasters and refining each batch for our own counters and partners across Vietnam. Green coffee arrives in sacks, is hand-sorted before roasting, then rested and packed to order so each bag reaches you fresh.
